Die Kanten des Brettes sind diagonal angeschrägt, sodass sich eine dreieckige Fläche ergibt. In der Grundfläche ist das Schneidbrett rechteckig, durch die dreieckigen Schrägen ergibt sich ein sehr dreidimensionaler Eindruck und ein geometrischer Effekt.
